Sfakianaki Eirini
Eirini Sfakianaki is a Dietitian and works as a Laboratory Teaching Personnel at the Department of Nutrition Sciences & Dietetics of HMU, since May 2016 and is a PhD candidate of the department since 2021. She teaches as auxiliary staff in specialty courses such as ‘Introduction to the Science of Nutrition & Dietetics’, ‘Nutrition in Life Stages I & II’. She is a member of the Internship Committee of the department, collaborator of Mrs. Mouratidou in Community Nutrition and with great participation in the Dissertations and as a supervisor. She has extensive teaching and work experience since 1996, when she started working as a dietitian in an institute and later as a private individual until 2009. At the same time, she started teaching in private and public Vocational training Institute (IEK), in Vocational School (EPAL). As temporary teaching staff, she participated in the Department of Nutrition-Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Crete, teaching specialty courses and teaching independently since 2002.
